1. Open the board on Sunday night. Pick one focus for the week.
2. Add a small caption under the focus image: the next concrete action.
3. Move finished goals to a separate row so progress is visible.

• Use a real photo of the school or building you want, not a stock shot.
• Add one image of a person you admire in that field.
• Keep one square empty. Things change, leave room for them.
